SAGE Publishing signs agreement with the Chinese Academy of Science for all gold Open Access journals to be available on the GoOA platform

London, UK. SAGE Publishing, a leading independent and academic publisher, today announces that it has signed an agreement with the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) to make all their gold Open Access (OA) journals available on CAS’s GoOA platform to support access to research in the country.

Funded by CAS, and run by the National Science Library at CAS, GoOA is a non-commercial service, freely available to all scholars and institutions in China. Providing access to SAGE’s OA articles in the region via the GoOA platform, this deal aims to both increase the academic influence of open access, as well as assist in providing quality research to Chinese researchers.
