Six titles transfer to SAGE Publishing from specialist law publisher Intersentia

London, UK. SAGE Publishing today announces that six academic journal titles from Intersentia, an independent publishing house specialised in providing legal content for the professional market, will transfer to SAGE, commencing publication in early 2017.

The six titles cover European law, network industry law, labour law, human rights and criminal law. A full list of the transferring journals can be found below:

• Competition and Regulation in Network Industries investigates the shift from monopoly to competition, emerging problems surrounding the right of all citizens to access basic public services, and the continuing expansion of the legal and economic terrain of the communications industry.
• European Journal of Social Security is concerned with developments in social security at the EU level and, on a comparative basis, with developments in different European countries. The journal has an exclusive collaboration with FISS, the Foundation for International Studies on Social Security based in Antwerp.
• European Labour Law Journal is a leading journal in the area of European labour law and social policy. It is partnered with the European Labour Law Network, and has good networks with the International Labour Organisation, the International Society for Labour Law and Social Security, the International Industrial Relations Association, and the European Foundation for Living and Working Conditions.
• Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law is one of the leading journals on European law. The journal is also part of the going research programme of METRO, (Maastricht Institute for Transnational Legal Research of Maastricht University, Netherlands).
• Netherlands Quarterly of Human Rights is published with the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (SIM) and publishes the latest evolutions in the promotion and protection of human rights from around the world.  
• New Journal of European Criminal Law serves as a forum for both legal practitioners and academics interested in issues related to European criminal law. The journal has two patrons: the European Criminal Bar Association and the European Criminal Law Academic Network.
